The Soča Valley was part of the Soča Front during the World War I.
Listen to the stories of World War I and you will hear the thunder of battle. Open your heart to peace. The green colourful Soča valley is rich with majestic waterfalls, fabulous river pools, mysterious springs, gorges, canyons, flora and fauna. All those things make the Upper Soča Region so special.
